Fiery crash shuts down eastbound lanes of I-4 in Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – The Florida Highway Patrol is responding to reports of an injury crash on I-4 in Tampa.

It happened before the I-75 exit.

News Channel 8 has learned a vehicle is on fire and multiple people may be injured.  One person was carried off on a stretcher.  All eastbound lanes are closed until further notice.
