The Importance of Stretching

Stretching & Staying in Shape: Many of us push our bodies to their physical limit during the summer. Whether we’re working out in a gym or in the ocean (surfing, paddle boarding or playing beach volleyball), we often skip stretching, the most important part of pre and post-workouts. Running on the beach, surfing or paddle boarding the waves, biking on the sand or joining in a game of beach volleyball?  Fun in the sun may also mean you’re working some serious muscles – and even though it’s not a typical workout – post-workout stretching is still a must.
