How to avoid the most common gym injuries

AUSTIN (KXAN) —  If you were working on getting in shape this year, you had almost a month already to put those healthy New Years resolutions to the test.

While working out is a very popular resolution, it can also lead to injuries if you don’t exercise correctly.
