Pasco authorities issue alert for man who left assisted living facility

Borrows rode away on his bike just before noon Monday.

NEW PORT RICHEY, Fl. (WFLA) – The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a man who walked away from a New Port Richey assisted living facility.

Ralph Milton Borrows was last seen just before noon at American Well Care located at 6333 Langston Ave. According to a Pasco County Sheriff’s Office report Borrows said he was going to a nearby Winn Dixie and drove away on his bicycle.

The missing man is a white male, stands 6’1’’ tall, and weighs approximately 180 pounds. The report states Borrows has brown eyes and brown curly hair.

At the time he left the facility he was wearing a black bandana, black sunglasses and black pants. Borrows’ bike is black in color; authorities are concerned because he told employees of the ALS that he would be back before dinner.
