Police investigate murder at Tampa gas station

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Tampa police are searching for the person who allegedly murdered a man at a gas station on North Nebraska Ave. Thursday night.

Police responded to the Sunoco gas station, at 2317 N. Nebraska Ave., around 7 p.m. finding a man unconscious and with upper body trauma. The victim was transported to Tampa General Hospital, where he died of his injuries.

Police are conducting a homicide investigation and there has been no motive established nor any suspect identified.

The victim’s named has not been released.
