Political Observer Brendan McLaughlin gives unique insight on presidential election

(WFLA) – Political Observer and journalist Brendan McLaughlin has covered presidential elections many times in his career that spans more than 20 years.

This year, the veteran journalist has a unique perspective on the election. He spent the last six weeks driving from coast to coast on a road trip vacation and met many people.

He filed a report about his journey (see above) and he talked with Stacie Schaible and Josh Benson about tomorrow’s presidential election.

What’s with Hillary Clinton’s free “Get Out the Vote” concerts? 

You’ve probably noticed that Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has been hosting “Get Out the Vote” concerts across the country. Concertgoers need to register for tickets ahead of time. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump criticizes the free concerts. Political Observer Brendan McLaughlin says there is a calculated and deliberate strategy behind the free concerts, which he explained to Keith Cate.
