POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – Polk County detectives say three people stole a school bus this week. The bus was parked in a vacant lot behind a restaurant on Highway 630 in Lake Wales.

Two men and three women removed the bus from the lot between 11:45 p.m. and 5:15 a.m. on Oct. 12 or 13. The driver realized the bus was missing when she went to begin her route.

Detectives found out the bus had been driven to Avon Park in Highlands County. The Highlands County Sheriff’s Office located and returned the bus.

Detectives then accessed surveillance video. They identified the three suspects, deputies said. Deputies said the two men are 33-year-old Jayson Kalinowski and 31-year-old David Keen. They have been arrested.

The third suspect has been identified as 36-year-old Kim Loeb, deputies said. Detectives are currently searching for Loeb.
