MELBOURNE, Fla. (WFLA) – Conditions from Hurricane Matthew were so bad in Melbourne on Thursday night, it was too dangerous for emergency crews to go out in the storm.
Some people rode out the storm on Satellite Beach where Matthew’s winds roared through at 88 mph.
On Friday morning, people ventured outside of their homes to survey the damage.
