ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. (WFLA) – An 18-month-old boy was found unresponsive in a home in Zephyrhills Saturday morning, according to police.
It happened around 4:30 a.m. Saturday on Apollo Street in Zephyrhills. ZPD officers responded to a 911 call of an unresponsive toddler.
When they arrived they found the boy laying on his back near the entrance in the home and a woman trying to perform CPR on him. Officers continued the CPR efforts until the Zephyrhills Fire Rescue crew arrived and took over.
The boy identified as Sebastien Lieb, 18 months old, was pronounced dead a short time later.
The cause of death is unknown and deemed suspicious at this time. The boy’s body is in at the Pinellas/Pasco County Medical Examiner’s Office pending a full autopsy.
