Chicken Burrito Bowl


Slow Cooker Burrito Bowl Recipe
1 lb Boneless Chicken Breast
1 – 14.5 oz can Diced tomoatoes
1 cup Chicken Stock
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 cup brown rice
1 can black beans
1 cup frozen corn
salt & pepper to taste
shredded lettuce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (more if you like a lot of cheese)
1. Add Chicken, diced tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, chicken stock, salt & pepper to a crock
2. Cook on low for 6 hours
3. Add corn, black beans and uncooked brown rice to pot and let cook for another hour
