Rosemary Lemon Pork Chops
4 Bone-in Pork Chops
1/8 cup olive oil
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, and seasoning in a small bowl.
2. Marinade pork chops in the above mixture for about 30 minutes
3. Remove pork chops from marinade and grill for about 5 minutes per side (depending on
thickness of chops)
Suggested sides:
sautéed butternut squash
