Part of 83rd Street to be closed in Seminole for 2 weeks

SEMINOLE, Fla. (WFLA) – All lanes of 83rd Street are closed between Flame Vine Avenue and 78th Avenue in Seminole.

The northbound and southbound lanes are closed because crews are investigating damage to the sewer main. “The road portion has been closed as precaution for the safety of motorists,” officials said.

Drivers should take alternate routes.

The repairs are expected to last for two weeks. Updates will be posted here.
