RIGHT NOW:

  • Moon Lake park is closed until further notice. Water has risen to dangerous levels and this effort is being done to protect the homes along Moon Lake.
  • Emergency Management field staff working along the Gulf of Mexico have identified debris in the rivers and canals. This debris can be very dangerous to boaters. Boaters are urged to use caution if venturing out this holiday weekend. Hitting debris unexpectedly can cause severe damage to boats and occupants.
  • Pasco residents and businesses owners are asked if they see damage or have damage to report it to Pasco  County by calling the County Customer Service line Saturday at (727)847-2411 or email the location address, damage description and phone number to customerservice@pascocountyfl.net
  • Residents to live along the rivers  should anticipate some river flooding along the Anclote River especially around Elfers over the weekend. Residents who live along all Pasco Rivers should remain vigilant especially if afternoon rains develop this weekend.
  • One sandbag location is open  at the West Pasco Government Center location on Government Drive in New Port Richey, self-service only.
  • If you live in an area experiencing flooding and need help, please call 911.

  • Buses: Pasco County Public Transportation (PCPT) will resume regular service on all routes starting at 10:30 a.m. Friday. PCPT will not service the following areas due to flooding:  Route 14 – Sea Forest |  Route 21 – Hudson Beach |  Route 18 – Sponge Docks

Trash Pickup:

  • Service is running as scheduled at this time.
