Six people taken to hospital after Tampa house fire

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – Six people were taken to the hospital after a Tampa house fire.

The fire occurred at 510 19th St. N. It was accidental and started in the kitchen, according to Tampa Fire Rescue.

A resident, a 58-year-old woman, was in the home when the fire started. Two neighbors went inside to rescue her.

The woman was taken to the hospital, and the two neighbors were taken to the hospital with non-fire-related injuries.

Two firefighters and a Tampa Police Department officer were taken to the hospital with smoke inhalation.

All of the victims are expected to be OK.
