LARGO, Fla. (WFLA) — Sometimes even man’s best friend gets a little stuck.

A Largo Police Department officer rescued an adorable little pup from a sewer. Largo police posted photos of the officer’s heroic rescue to the department’s Facebook page. What a heartwarming tale.

Pictured is Officer Andrew, without his police uniform, as he climbs through a sewer under East Bay Drive to rescue this little dog. As you can see, the officer and pup look unharmed and happy to rejoin the sunshine outside.
