Pasco crews to comb neighborhoods, help flooded residents

Pasco County emergency officials meet with assessment teams before they head out.

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — Pasco County emergency officials will send 30 assessment teams into neighborhoods on Tuesday to help citizens after Tropical Storm Colin moved through on Monday.

The teams will help citizens with things like water, food and help relocating. The teams will also inspect buildings and property for damage.

Pasco County’s customer service department took 938 phone calls Monday. All together, the customer service department has taken 1,124 storm-related calls.
