PASCO COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – A bus with 53 students crashed in Pasco County, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

The bus had left Seven Springs Middle School.

Charlotte Nielsen, 72, of Palm Harbor was ticketed for violating a traffic control device. Troopers said Nielsen, driving a Hyundai Elantra, failed to observe a red light and entered the intersection as the bus was traveling through.
