WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. (WFLA) – Pasco County Sheriff’s Office detectives charged a 52-year-old man with video voyeurism. The victim is an 11-year-old girl.

Detectives said on Jan. 15 Robbie Dean Smith, of New Port Richey, was seen kneeling near the victim while she played with a toy inside a Wesley Chapel Goodwill. Smith had his “cellphone camera aimed under her dress,” detectives said. The victim didn’t see Smith.

Witnesses heard the camera click, “indicating (the suspect) had taken a photo,” detectives said.

People on scene photographed Smith’s vehicle, and detectives found him. Smith admitted to the incident, according to the sheriff’s office.

He was released from the Land O’ Lakes Detention Center after posting $10,000 bond.
