Zillow releases Tampa Bay’s Hottest Neighborhoods for 2016

TAMPA BAY, Fla. (WFLA) — If you own a home in the Tampa Bay area or if you plan to buy one, you might want to check out Zillow’s list of “Hottest Neighborhoods for 2016”.

The list was released on Wednesday and includes the top ten hottest neighborhoods.

The results are based on the Zillow Home Value Forecast, which forecasts the change in the Zillow Home Value Index over the next 12 months.
