Glassdoor, a jobs and recruiting marketplace, has identifying the 50 Best Places to Work in 2016 which is based entirely on feedback shared over the past year by those who know the company best – the employees.

In the company’s first time on the list, Airbnb has taken the top spot, beating out popular companies like Google, Facebook and Apple. A few other newcomers to the list this year include Red Bull, Delta Airlines, and Expedia.

Only four companies have made Glassdoor’s list for all eight years since its debut in 2008: Bain & Company, Google, Apple and Chevron.

Glassdoor says employees voluntarily and anonymously share a review of their company, which are then used to determine Employees’ Choice Award winners. Employees are asked to rate and review how satisfied they are at work, whether they approve of their CEO, and share opinions about the pros and cons of working at their company.

To be considered for the 2016 50 Best Places to Work, at a minimum, a company with at least 1,000 employees must have received at least 75 company reviews from U.S.-based employees between November 3, 2014 and November 1, 2015.
