BRADENTON, Fla. (WFLA) – A little girl from Wisconsin with complex congenital heart disease dreamed of being a fairy princess and riding a unicorn. Her wish came true in Bradenton Thursday.

Make-A-Wish of Central and Northern Florida flew 4-year-old Teresa Ketarkus and her family to the Sunshine State to spend Thanksgiving riding “unicorns” on the beach and watching the sunrise.

Teresa’s condition means she only has a single ventricle.

On Thanksgiving, the sweet little girl, joined by her family, rode horses at Palma Sola Bay Park. CLICK HERE FOR ADORABLE PHOTOS.
