Elderly woman found murdered at her Tampa home

TAMPA, FL (WFLA) – A woman in her late 70s was found with upper body trauma at her home Saturday evening, according to Tampa Police.

Loretta Jackson, 78, was found dead in her home in the 1800 block of Osborne Avenue in Tampa. Detectives said, there was forced entry to the home. Jackson had an upper body trauma, but the detectives didn’t specify what kind of trauma.

The investigators suspect foul play. They are investigating this as a homicide and are looking for a suspect. The Crime Stoppers offered a reward of up to $3,000 for information that will lead to the suspect’s arrest.
