PORT RICHEY, Fla. (WFLA) — Pasco County Sheriff’s investigators have arrested the woman they say carjacked an elderly lady in a Publix parking lot. Amber Arnesen, 26, wanted for carjacking and strong armed robbery, was located and arrested in Largo early Friday morning.

The carjacking happened Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Publix on Ridge Road in Port Richey. Investigators say Arnesen approached an 83-year-old woman in the parking lot and asked if she needed help loading her groceries. The woman said no.
