Update: Boy, 11, located in Manatee County

UPDATE: Just after 7 a.m., the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office says the missing 11-year-old boy has been located. No further details were released. Thank you for sharing.

BRADENTON, FL (WFLA) — The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office says an 11-year-old boy has been reported missing by his mother, who said he did not return home Monday night. Deputies say 11-year-old Nathaniel Garza (Nae-Nae) was last seen by his mother at 11 a.m. at their home, located at 3511 9th St. Ct. W, Bradenton. He did not go to school Monday.

A person matching Nathaniel’s description was seen about 15 minutes prior to the call in the 3000 block of 9th St. W. Numerous patrol units responded to search the area and several addresses of his friends that he hangs out with were also checked, however Nathaniel could not be located. Deputies say they do not believe the boy is in danger at this time.

He was last seen wearing an orange shirt, tan cargo shorts and black Nike Jordan shoes. Anyone with information should call the MCSO at 941-747-3011.
