An Atlas V 421 will launch the Morelos-3 communications satellite for Mexico’s Ministry of Communications and Transportation. The Mexsat program offers communications to rural areas in Mexico and the satellite services include internet, data, voice, video and education and health programs. It also provides secure communications to Mexico’s national security.
