Lefties who are feeling left out in a right-oriented world have reason for cheer Thursday. It is International Left-Handers Day.
According to the website of the Left-Handers Club, the day was established in 1990, as an annual event to celebrate those who favor left hands for writing, eating and other tasks.
Famous lefties include Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey and President Obama.
Lefties face challenges in doing ordinary things because so many tools are created for the right-handed.
