Hearing set for former stripper mansion in Lutz

LUTZ, FL (WFLA) – Hillsborough County Code Enforcement board members will discuss complaints Friday about a mansion, formerly used as a stripper school.  Neighbors have repeatedly complained about loud parties at the home at 18520 Ramblewood Road, near the entrance to the Cheval neighborhood.

The house is zoned as residential, but neighbors believe it is being used for commercial purposes.  Just last month, a party there was advertised online.

Ron Nagy, who lives nearby and hears the parties, tells News Channel 8 Hillsborough County officials are sending mixed messages about the house.  The owner was recently cited for a party that happened on June 6.  Days later, an occupant of the house asked the county for permission to host a wedding.  In an email response obtained by 8 On Your Side, a county employee told the man his concern for neighbors was “commendable”.

The Code Enforcement hearing begins at 9 a.m.  Check back with WFLA.com later today for updates.
