Dunedin apartment building evacuated because of possible sinkhole

Officials say they’ve evacuated apartments in Dunedin, at 409 Locklie Street, because of a possible sinkhole. The sinkhole is under the building. Residents noticed cracks in the walls and ceilings.

No surrounding homes or buildings have been evacuated.

In Pasco County, a storm water pipe collapsed in New Port Richey, creating a depression. The depression, at 7701 Cumber Drive, is 3 feet in diameter and 2.5 feet deep. The area has been barricaded.
