HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL (WFLA) – A man was driving west on eastbound lanes on Fowler Avenue near Interstate 75 early Saturday morning when a Hillsborough deputy spotted him and pulled over his truck. The driver was taken under arrest.

It happened at about 2:30 a.m. Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputy was going east on Fowler approaching the interstate when he saw a set of headlights coming at him westbound.
