Those who enjoy red wine will be pleased to find it can help shed some extra pounds. A new study showed an ingredient in grapes, berries and red wine can help you lose weight.

The International Journal of Obesity claims they all contain an ingredient that turns excess fat into calorie burning fat. The study recorded mice digesting amounts of resveratrol. This is equivalent to humans eating 12 ounces of fruit per day.
