Tampa, Fla. (WFLA) -Tampa police are asking for help finding a registered sex offender who they say cut off the electronic monitoring equipment he wore on his ankle.
Investigators say Angelo Timothy Pierce, 22, was last seen on February 2, 2015 at his last known address of 2818 Nebraska Avenue North, Tampa. FDLE’s Florida Sexual Offenders and Predators website says on March 13, 2013, adjudication was withheld for Pierce on a charge of lewd or lascivious battery; sex with victim age 12 to 15. Pierce has outstanding warrants issued for his arrest on charges of tampering with an electronic monitoring device, failure to register w/ DHSMV – sex offender & violation of parole lewd or lascivious battery.
