MIAMI, Fla (WFLA) -As Jeb Bush launches his campaign for president, he will have a long list of people to call on for help – not just donors and high-profile strategists, but loyal supporters on the ground who go back decades with the Bushes. “The Bush family is a good family,” said Anna Jacobson, who was selling Jeb Bush T-shirts outside his announcement in Miami on Monday.

Jacobson had a baseball hat featuring George W. Bush’s name – Jeb Bush’s brother – with her as she worked. Andreina Figueroa says she has kept in touch with both Jeb Bush and his family for years.“I was actually an intern in the 1998 campaign and was there for his announcement at FIU,” said Figueroa. She brought her children with her to the event Monday.

“Knowing him knowing his loyalty his community, his dedication to this country – I knew this day would come,” she said. Bush is on what is team is calling the “Jeb announcement tour,” making stops in New Hampshire, Iowa, South Carolina and Nevada. He is also scheduled to make an appearance tonight on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. He is schedule to speak In Tampa on Friday night at an event for the Hillsborough Republican Party.
