Valerie Gill had just found a new dentist in Palmetto that accepted her insurance and says she had a nice office visit a week ago.

Then Gill says she got a letter she didn’t understand.

The letter is hand signed from the dentists and says in part; ” Our security cameras recorded you driving over our lawn. I do not think you are a good fit for our office. Therefore, all of your family’s future dental appointments have been canceled”

Gill couldn’t believe she received the letter.

“I parked over towards the grass. Didn’t think anything of it, because it’s not like a lawn at home. It’s like under the tree in the woods grass. When I left there was a van on the other side of me even and I just pulled straight out and went out. No burning out, no nothing bad,” said Gill.

WFLA attempted to contact Dr. Amanda Nevin to get her side of the story.

She did not immediately return phone calls and when a news crew showed up at her office to ask for comment, the office called the Palmetto police to have ask the news crew to leave.

Valerie Gill believes there was an easier solution.

“If that office would have called us and said, Mrs. Gill we’ve seen on the camera where you parked, next time when you are here next Thursday, would you mind parking in a different place, we are trying to some landscaping there. Absolutely, there would have been no problem,” said Gill.
