We love these new photos of Mowgli!

The Tampa zoo and its pair of 4-year-old clouded leopards welcomed Mowgli on March 7. He’s the pair’s first kitten. Mowgli’s father is named Yim and is mother is Malee.

Clouded leopards weigh 30-50 pounds in adulthood and are about five feet long, making them the smallest of the “big cats,” according to the zoo. Hunting and poaching have left clouded leopards endangered and at risk of extinction, Zoo officials said when Mowgli was born.
